People may ponder what the Jet Girls do to stay fighting-fit on warm summer weekends, when no race is in sight. Well, we make haste to our lake house down in Missouri called the Lake of The Ozarks. On early Friday we head out and get there by the afternoon, then it’s off to the boat ramps to deploy the skis. But the one thing I haven’t mentioned is…the people. When ever we get there the lake will be bustling with boaters, and the best part is…… THE WAVES DUDE!!! All the rich old retired people are always there to make your day with there enormously large yachts. And boy does it get insane. Even through all those waves me and Jet Girl 777 still kick it out on our buoys that are in the middle of our cove. After several hours of riding, and when our backs feel like butter, we put the skis on the lifts and head in. After we eat dinner we’ll go roast marshmallows on our grill and go inside to watch some of our favorite racing movies like: Cars, Cars 2, and our all time favorite SPEED RACER. After a long weekend of riding we load up and head home to do any tinkering that needs to be done.
Be excellent to each other,
Jessie Glennon
